WWE Cancels All Smackdown House Shows For This Weekend
PWInsider reports that WWE has canceled Sunday’s Smackdown show in Danville, Illinis as well as the Friday and Monday shows. This means that all of the brand’s weekend shows have been canceled. The latest cancellation is, like the others, due to a scheduling conflict. WWE has canceled two Smackdown live events for this coming weekend. PWInsider reports that the company has announced they are cancelling the Saturday house show in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Monday’s Kalamazoo, Michigan shows. Spin.ph recently chatted with WWE Superstar Sheamus during a media event for his recent promotional tour in the Philippines. The former WWE World champion was part of a media scrum at Skinny Mike’s Sports bar in the country. Sheamus talked about how he misses being in the ring. WWE tried to trademark “Adam Cole” but were unsuccessful in doing so. PWInsider reports that earlier this month when attempting to trademark WWE stated that Cole never used the name prior to joining WWE, which was obviously false. They also tried to say he could never use it if he left WWE.
