    Lamine Koné set to return to Sunderland

    L’Équipe report this morning that 30-year-old central defender Lamine Koné is set to return to Sunderland this summer, despite an option to buy clause existing in his current loan deal with Ligue 1 side Strasbourg. The reasons why Europa League-qualified RCSA are not activating this option are not included in the piece, nor is the size of that purchase clause, which could be the root of the problem.     Ander Herrera to Manchester United is a done deal – RMC

    RMC Sport are reporting that 29-year-old central midfielder Ander Herrera has finalised an agreement to join PSG, which will be his next club. The final element that still needs to be decided is whether the contract will run for 4 or 5 years, otherwise both parties are in total agreement.     L’Équipe report that a €10m excluding bonuses agreement has been reached between PSG and Lille for United States international forward Timothy Weah. Weah is set to become LOSC’s second signing of the summer window after Reinildo of Belenenses on a 5-year contract.
