Brazilian actor Gabriel Leone will portray F1 legend Ayrton Senna in the six-part Netflix miniseries currently in development and based on the life of the late three-time F1 champion. Described as Netflix’s “most ambitious series ever in Latin America,” the biopic devoted to the life of the great Ayrton Senna which was confirmed last summer has now entered pre-production and is expected to be released in 2024. The FIA has confirmed that a rule clarification related to the circumstances surrounding Fernando Alonso’s post-race penalty in Jeddah will be issued to teams ahead of next week’s Australian Grand Prix.
