Manchester United news: Inter winger Ivan Perisic remains a transfer target for Premier League giants

Manchester United remain interested in signing Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic, according to reports.

It’s understood that the 29-year-old is also keen on signing for the Premier League giants, claim SportMediaset.

They further claim that the Croatia international is unhappy at the San Siro and feels the style of play in Serie A doesn’t suit his style.

Former United boss was a long-term admirer of Perisic and wanted to sign during his tenure at Old Trafford.

And while the Special One’s departure may have resulted in United’s interest fading, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

Interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who was won all seven of his games in charge, is also open minded about the prospect of Perisic joining.

Inter Milan are believed to want close to £35m for Perisic, who has been at the club since August 2015.

Perisic has scored four goals in 25 appearances this season for Inter, who lie third in Serie A.
