The number of injuries suffered by every Premier League club this season

Whether it’s a season-ender or a niggle, injuries are part and parcel of football.

Most club’s now use science to help restrict the amount which are suffered, using measurements to figure out when players will be more susceptible to muscle issues in particular and, according to Premier Injuries, sides have suffered 376 problems which have either lasted nine days or longer, or resulted in a missed match, this season.

Tottenham Hotspur, though, appear to have had more injuries than others this season and are currently playing without key men Dele Alli and Harry Kane as they attempt to remain in the Premier League’s top four, while all but Paulo Gazzaniga and Kyle Walker-Peters have now faced at least one game out.

It’s a dreadful record which many fans put down to the sheer number of games the club has had to play across the league, Carabao Cup, and Champions League, along with their players’ participation at the World Cup.
