The French Government fires back at Zlatan Ibrahimovic

Speaking to reporters, the French government’s spokesperson Stéphane Le Foll responded to Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s comments in an interview with Le Monde yesterday that suggested that he could help French President François Hollande with his problems.

Le Foll had the following to say:

“The President of the Republic will rely on the work undertaken, results so far obtained, success… our ability to take action and to deal with situations and not on offers of service from a football player.”
