Lille reject insulting offer from Watford for Sofiane Boufal

Lille have rejected a proposal from Premier League side Watford for attacker Sofiane Boufal worth around €10m, Get French Football News can confirm.

Lille’s asking price is €20m plus bonuses and the offer from Watford comes nowhere near that.

According to sources contacted by GFFN, Chelsea and Arsenal remain in touch with the player’s entourage, but neither side appear set to make an offer imminently for the Moroccan international.

Boufal is out injured until September.
