Manchester United have enjoyed an upturn in performances in the past two months and are keen to build on their impressive performances under interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
A number of the club’s star names such as Anthony Martial and David De Gea are the priority for new deals, but that has not stopped the Red Devils being linked with a host of players.
talkSPORT.com has rounded up the latest gossip to see who could make a last-minute move below.
Benfica youngster eyed by United
The Red Devils are believed to be among a number of big European clubs keeping tabs on Joao Felix.
The 19-year-old starred in a 5-1 win over Boavista and United scouts were in attendance to make note of the performance, according to the Independent.
Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich are among the clubs to have shown interest in the Portuguese midfielder.
Former Liverpool midfielder in shock swap deal
A surprise move could be on the cards, with United reportedly interested in signing Barcelona midfielder Philippe Coutinho in a swap deal with Juan Mata.
Having failed to establish himself in the first-team since he moved in January 2018, the Brazilian has had fresh doubt cast over his future by manager Ernesto Valverde, according to Spanish publication Sport.
Belgium wonderkid on the radar
United along with AC Milan and Barcelona are all considering a loan move for Monaco’s Youri Tielemans, according to reports in Belgium.
Monaco are open to selling Tielemans outright and it is believed they value him at around £20m.
The 21-year-old has scored five goals and provided one assist in 30 appearances this season for the struggling Ligue 1 side.
However, with Leonardo Jardim having returned to his role at Monaco in place of Thierry Henry, Tielemans could find his days at the club numbered.
For the time being, current frontrunners to sign him are Leicester City as they can give the French side Adrien Silva in return.
Napoli defender tipped for summer move
Old Trafford chiefs are ‘determined to bring in top target Kalidou Koulibaly from Serie A this summer’ regardless of the manager in charge.
Solskjaer is in charge on an interim basis until the end of the season but the club, according to the Sun, are ready to make a move for Koulibaly while the manager for next season remains up in the air.
United are desperate to strengthen and there is little faith in Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof who have all struggled for consistency.
