France: Charles Ollivon leads a tweaked Les Bleus side for Japan Test

France head coach Fabien Galthie has named a tweaked starting line-up for his side’s clash against Japan in Toulouse on Sunday.

Charles Ollivon will lead the side from the side of the scrum in the absence of the suspended Antoine Dupont, while Gregory Alldritt and Anthony Jelonch make up the rest of the back-row.

Romain Taofifenua starts this weekend alongside the talented Cameron Woki in the second-row, with Uini Atonio starting next to Julien Marchand and Reda Wardi in the front-row.

Settled backline

Maxime Lucu steps in for Dupont at scrum-half and will be paired with the ever-composed Romain Ntamack. In the midfield, Jonathan Danty starts at inside centre despite taking a knock to the head last week, while Gael Fickou will wear the number 13 jersey.

Meanwhile, in the back three, Thomas Ramos starts at full-back alongside exciting wings Damian Penaud and Yoram Moefana.

On the bench, Pesto Mauvaka, Dany Priso and Sipili Falatea are the front-row options, with Florian Verhaeghe, Bastien Chalureau and Sekou Macalou the remaining forward cover in a six-two split.

Meanwhile, Bapiste Couilloud and Matthieu Jalibert are backline replacements for Galthie to call on.
