Foot Mercato report this afternoon that Saint-Étienne and Lorient are interested in CSKA Sofia goalkeeper Daniel Naumov, along with one other unnamed Ligue 1 side.

The 24-year-old notably impressed in his country’s friendly against France in the lead-up to Euro 2020, making a host of saves from Kylian Mbappé to keep the scoreline down.

The Bulgarian has since continued to perform well for the capital team, having also been a target of Nice and Brest last summer. Naumov is now closing in on his move to France, with Saint-Étienne and Lorient set to submit offers, as is the third unnamed club.
