Chelsea vs Tottenham line-ups: Teams confirmed for Carabao Cup semi-final

Chelsea and Tottenham go head-to-head at Stamford Bridge tonight in the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final clash.

Spurs lead the tie by a goal to nil after Harry Kane’s penalty at Wembley two weeks ago.

Manchester City await the winner of this evening’s showdown in the final on February 24 after they swept Burton away with a 10-0 aggregate victory.

Gonzalo Higuian will not make his Chelsea debut tonight despite joining the club on loan from Juventus this week.

The Argentine striker isn’t eligible to play as his deal was not completed in time.

For Tottenham, Mauricio Pochettino has a host of injury problems, especially in attack.

Dele Alli has joined England team-mate Harry Kane out injured while Son Heung-min is still away on international duty.

Willian is the man to make way after Chelsea’s loss at Arsenal, as Eden Hazard reverts to his favoured left-wing role.

Emerson Palmieri and Ross Barkley also come in, with Marcos Alonso and Mateo Kovacic dropping to the bench.
Tottenham have made five changes following their win at Fulham, with Moussa Sissoko returning from injury and Fernando Llorente continuing up front. Fit-again Lucas Moura is a substitute.
