Official | PSG confirm Christopher Nkunku departure to RB Leipzig

Ligue 1 champions PSG have this morning confirmed the departure of 21-year-old central midfielder Christopher Nkunku, who joins Bundesliga side RB Leipzig for €13m plus €2m in bonuses.

Nkunku was seen as many during the Unai Emery era as a future great for PSG, but his versatility ended up being his downfall, with Les Parisiens and Thomas Tuchel using him in so many positions, he struggled to nail a single one down and make it his own.

Nkunku signs a 5-year deal with RBL, who will play Champions’ League football next season.
